Hahaha... We are growing globally now and our fanbase will inevitably change.
Sadly, many old timers from Manchester may not like this, but times change.

Example last night a group of men sat behind me were speaking Urdu/Bengali or something.
This doesn't bother me as it's normal in the city centre but to old timers they may not like this?

I'm noticing more and more multiculturalism inside the stadium.
Yes the demographic is still majority white male but there's more different groups of Gender/Race/Religion/Age turning up.

This is the direction the club is going in. For one in which I'm happy with.

We used to take the piss out of Rags for being worldwide but this is a byproduct of success :/

The two blokes who sit next to us in 328 are East European.

And like you, it doesn't bother me in the slightest. In order to become a global 'brand', we have to attract fans from all over the world.

Logical really.

Di Maria is struggling at PSG as well by all accounts. He's obviously just not cut out to be the main man at a club. At Madrid he always had team mates to share the burden, perhaps he just can't handle the pressure of having to constantly deliver?

I don't think he can handle any pressure tbh Jack. He either crumbles or see's his arse if he is not feeling the love and getting the balance right for him to deliver imo is more hassle than it will ever be worth. Well, he was never going to fit in at Utd or indeed any prem club imo.
Some club setups may be agreeable with him but not in the prem that is for sure.

Edit: No chance worsley, no amount of cash and i mean that, i am not vain but bloody hell.

I think a lot on here and certainly on redcaf forget how well the Dobie look alike started at your place. We were all laughing at that summers kneejerk spending by your club, but if I'm honest I thought he was frighteningly good in his first 5 or 6 games, but he had no one with any ability, pace, or touch to pass to. I actually thought the price tag turned out to be worth it and you had replaced family man and then some out on the wing. Inexplicably he then became shit, but unlike most big money players at united this stopped him from getting auto selected and he vanished. Wierd.

Just looked on the Boro website and the say no attendance was given for last nights match, they must be trusting when it comes to getting their share of the gate money.
Funny that - their game is the only one on the BBC website without an attendance figure.
