People understandably say no wonder the Palestinians have been radicalised after what the Israelis have done to them. The same applies to many of the people in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Algeria etc after what the West has done to them. Sending bombers, troops, removing their leaders and trying to impose political solutions on them that they simply don't understand or buy into. So I certainly agree with you there.We've made it so so easy for them.
This crisis will pass with great pain and suffering and governments will do what they can to prevent a repeat. The truth is that we are doing what we can to protect our country and so is France. Sadly sometimes it is not enough and escalation to formal war is what ISIS wants. That path could lead to the destruction of our way of life.It probably will, not sure we can stop them all, but unlikely on this scale, we have excellent intelligence, we've had lots of experience for decades, which is why so many plots have been foiled since 2005, and it is many, some reported, many not.
