James Milner

It's not great, is it? He's moved on, it's time some of our fans did the same. We slag off the scousers for giving Sterling stick, yet some among our fans are happy to do the same with Milner. If it's wrong for the mickeys to do it, then shirley it's just as wrong for us to do it, no?

Who is Shirley?

I thought he played well to be honest n did the job he's paid to do. Some of u expect him to go on bended knee n apologise.FFS he's doing his job n this apologising bollox is something that has crept into the ' do gooders' political game.

It's a man's game ....deal with it

Oooooh!

Biggest mercenary **** in England. Signed for an £8m sign on fee at an expense of trophies. Bang average player.

I'm glad he's at least celebrated his goal as it was obvious that this should be the genuine reaction. Played great considering all things.

But if he went to Liverpool for trophies, well... :)

Oops, that's almost a debate, bit untidy though, lets get it into pointless merging territory. You really do need some responsibility at work to keep you in check.

His comment that when he joined Pool they were a bigger club, did it for a lot of blues.

He'll be a great squad player next season when Klopp revamps that midfield,Grujic Zielinski Camacho will be coming in,maybe Xhaka as Klopp is a big fan but that depends if you pay 10 million more than his release clause.

If Sterling had scored I would've wanted him to celebrate

But Milner hasn't been subjected to a media witch hunt against him, received racial abuse and death threats and been constantly booed and slagged off.

I'm not arsed that Milner celebrated tbh. He is just one of many former City players similar to Barry and Rodwell. Players like Lescott and Dzeko who did a top job for us and still respect the club once they have left I will always have a soft spot for. Then there are players like Richards, SWP and Dunne who IMO are City legends for their impact and longevity at the club who are special and would never celebrate against us.

Not arsed enough about him to get mad at him celebrating. He was an average bitpart player filling a quota.
