What was the atmosphere like v PSG?

Can't understand anyone who say's there were empty seats and a subdued atmosphere. Feel like I went to a different game! The south stand was rocking well before KDB's goal. Hope it's more of the same for the semi-final.

They think they are selling it, by attracting rags, scousers, etc to have a hate wanking session over City & be made to feel good about it by the panel & commentators.
Maybe that's their plan, but it isn't working. As we know, football fans are partisan, and a large number tuning in last night will have wanted to watch the English team beat the French team. And most fair minded people don't tune in to hear bitterness from the pundit, they want analysis.

They are killing their own product, people are switching off in droves.

empty seats is all they have left.

A rag and dipper loving media will always try and appease their fans.

Rather a few empty seats now and again and creating history than an empty trophy cabinet and living off history.

I didn't say it was a good plan.

Let's face it, if they knew what they were doing, they wouldn't choose Michael Owen, or Scholes, Ferdinand, McMamaman, Gerrard, Hargreaves etc. A more boring humourless bunch of cunts has never been assembled in the history of broadcasting, apart from perhaps the cast of Bread.

Macmanaman really seems to enjoy slagging City off at the moment. He's even doing it on the Atl vs Barca game.

Mcminimum having a pop again.

City you need to start banning journalists and pundits now. It's a fucking joke.

Just heard it.

He was building to it for ages and then it came out.

No English team has an atmosphere like at Athletico tonight.

What about under the lights at Anfield on a European night? I've heard that rivals the Istanbul Derby, NYE in Times Square, Rumble in the Jungle, River & Boca and the subway World Series.

Does sound a decent atmosphere to be fair, but does he mention it's only ever full for 4 league games a season?
