I know polls can't be trusted but it seems as though the Brexit campaign is gathering momentum....

http://www.express.co.uk/news/polit...m-ICM-poll-UK-on-course-for-Brexit-Europe-Day

I think the biggest ally Brexit has is Cameron, he's an absolute liability to the Remanions. As I've said before, I think he has seriously mis-judged the mood of the Nation in calling this referendum so soon.... he had at least another year.

BTW, what event did you attend today....? what with it being Europe day and all that.

It produces a small lead for the Leavers but only by excluding the undecided. Undecideds invariably opt heavily for the status quo. Usually by a margin of at least 2:1. That's why the headline polls in the Scottish Referendum were out.

As I stipulated in my original comment.... Polls cannot be trusted.

That said, prior to these latest polls Brexiters were lagging behind in the same polls, well behind.

My post was nothing more than an observation that there appears to have been a change or a swing toward Brexit, however, again as I said originally, polls cannot be trusted.... but they are the only measure we have prior to the vote itself.

I think this poll was why Cameron looked a fool yesterday with his sensationalist claims as I think they thought they were winning up until now. Neither Cameron who seems to say the wrong things nor Corbyn who does not say anything are helping.

Corbyn who does not say anything .

There is a reason why he`s keeping stum, this "Man of principle" has spent his entire life speaking against the EU, there is nothing he can say that he has not already argued against, its either he `s following orders from the labor party backers, or c*nt enough to play party politics on something that could have dire consequences for the country (Stay in), just another professional liar.

Riots continue in Greece against the latest measures being imposed to keep the EU money men happy for the fifth day in a row, pension cuts and tax increases/ raising of their ni contributions.
Petrol bombs an tear gas flying for five days in a row and reported deaths yet hardly a word from the BBC.

Where are the benefits of being in the EU as people are dying in the streets to pay the bill ?

Yes, but if Greece left the EU it'd be even worse for them - probably plagues of anthrax and alien attack.

I still have a good chuckle about the swathes of people who supported him because they thought he represented "change".

Even with the latest bail outs the smart money is on exit from the EU by September this year, in the next few months tax returns and the property tax become due, with the chances of many people simply not being able to pay, the property tax has been made a criminal offence so this is a land grab plain an simple, the Euro was always a way to gain hard assets for the cost of printing bits of paper.

This is not just big real estate companies, many Greeks own family land that has been theirs for generations, do you think they are just going to hand it over, will the Greek police enforce the grab or will the army be called in ( Would even they follow orders).

The only way out is for exit and a new government to tell the EU money men to f*ck off, that then opens up the question what will the EU do then ?.

Clever reverse psychology by the Tories getting some of their most unpopular cunts like Gove and IDS to present the case to leave.

And Boris Johnson is inarticulate. Daniel Hannon speaks with much more precision. He should be pushed to the front if Brexit stands any chance. Boris is a liablity.

Unfortunately its not the Tories but the Tory wets calling the shots, still Cameron as the figurehead is an own goal any way you look at it, nobody can trust that c*nt.

You won't be saying that when he's the next PM.

I will. The bloke can't string together a logical thought and express it coherantly. That's why he pretends to be a buffoon when he really is. And I was hoping he would be a really good leader for Brexit. Gove can't speak with any conviction either, reads from notes in a wooden stilted fashion bit like Corbyn. The only two public speakers I have heard that have ignored their notes and directed what they had to say eyeball to eyeball were Daniel Hannon and Farage.
Boris would be an embarrassment as prime minister.

Like I did when he was mentioned as a member of team Brexit. But by Christ a lot of people know who he is now.

They really don't, a few radicals might be fans but nobody in the real world has got a clue who he is. Farridge and Boz are the names on the lips of the masses. And Godfrey Bloom. Oh and Gove. Oh and IDS.

Welcome to your new government...

He will be the greatest leader since Thatcher.

A few radicals? Like the audience at the London Palladium? He will come to the fore as this debate gets near the vinegar strokes. I hope he will be one of the speakers at the 3 BBC debates planned at Wembley Arena when it should be televised. However if I were the BBC planners I wouldn't want him within a mile of the place.
