Let's hope Pellers doesn't seek revenge for the mass walk out on Sunday and selects the kids en masse
Well remembered, mate. The one exception to the second list, and the greatest parallel, could be said to be 2005, though :-/Liberty, Liberty, we are coming,
Liberty, Liberty, south Wales
Liberty, Liberty, we are coming,
This is better than the days of Swales.
I see SSN 7 o'clock news concentrating on coach attack. Hurry up and show the goals you cunts I'm waiting to go to work.
As for Sunday: We all know of "Typical City", but in the past we usually only balls things up on the final day of the league season at the wrong end of the table: 1983, 1987 and 1996. But we're usually OK at the top end: 1968, 1985, 1989, 2000 and of course 2012 and 2014. Though there was that season we missed promotion by a tiny fraction of a goal in the days of goal average.
Come on Blues, just bloody come on.
It was never in any doubt. Back to the temple for a little extra chanting today for the weekend.
A comfortable win, a shock Villa win at the Emirates, the scum losing and finishing 8th ahead of losing the cup final and Sergio winning the Golden Boot would be quite nice.
There are those who think football is about playing kids, not winning.
Bizarrely
Don't think many thought it was over. It was always going to be tough for the rags last night. A lot of people ,including myself are livid that that match should have any bearing on our season. It's a disgrace.Lesson to those crying its fucking over when it isnt.
It's still not over either. Still one more game to mess up in.Don't think many thought it was over. It was always going to be tough for the rags last night. A lot of people ,including myself are livid that that match should have any bearing on our season. It's a disgrace.
We should have been watching that for the spectacle it was and not on the edge of our seat worrying. As I say,a disgrace.
Don't know if anyone else has copied these in as I have note read every page but these are the ratings from whoscored.com and show some interesting divergence from the what people see. I would rank things differently based on my observations but I think these give a fairer indication of actual contribution than most of the contributions that I have bothered to read.

Quite right Bill - Villa, Norwich and Newcastle away one goal in either of the first two and we would be home and dry.Don't think many thought it was over. Yeah, but you just hate Joe for some totally bizarre reason. Any keeper behind our defence would struggle - It's simply amazing that Joe has a chance if sharing the Golden Gloves award with our defending. All along I have said give Willy the nod. The stats below proved that Willy, the current League cup hero, is capable or better than our English GK..

Well there is nothing to rotate for so lets see. I'll be ecstatic when that final whistle goes and we are rid of him. The journey home will be a piece of piss if we've qualified and he's gone. Win win. It's still not over either. Still one more game to mess up in.
Hart will definitely be Pep No 2 GK. Let's be realistic why he will be.
