Wasn't great ,wasn't bad either it was just top gear with a different cast like last of the summer wine when they changed the trio
 
Ep1 had a sense of ... Weighted down by expectation, the past. It was like waiting for a car crash.

Ep2 was miles better, relaxed almost. I chuckled for the 1st time at TG for awhile.

Ep3 ... We shall see

I just don't think he was popular or in tune with the direction Clarkson wanted the show to go. Dawe was very much the "average car for the average buyer" guide personality, giving advice on which bargain cars were the ones to buy on a budget; it was 'old Top Gear' and quite boring.
 
It all seems a bit rushed

Rushing into challenges and rushing in to create chemistry between guests/presenter

Evans is awful and I'm not sure why they drag out the 'star in reasonably priced car' bit. Also, I wish they would get rid of 'some say.....' It fucking really winds me up
 
Watched it tonight and thought it was ok. I'll probably try and catch it again.
 


Whatever you think of Evans i suspect he's going to lose the plot over TG.
 
Blanc was good on the show last night.

I still can't stand Evans with his shouty and annoying voice.
