Hector Bellerin

There is someone Arsenal want from us, all may become clearer on that score in the next few days.

But not somebody Blues might be chucking themselves off the Nexen Tyre bridge over.

I'd wager the majority would consider Bellerin the better part of any proposed deal that might involve this player.

Interesting.
Bony ?

Didn't Mangala also say before signing for us he would prefer to live in London? There you go.

I think most blues would jump off a bridge if any of those names were true.

It's somebody who would divide opinion, perhaps.

I suspect the player would probably jump at their interest, based on a few factors.

Plenty of chatter at Arsenal, but don't see them wanting Bellerin as part of the equation.
Thought I'd get boots flying my direction :-) I just couldn't resist.

Yeah, Mangala most likely I think. And the couple of reasons that he would jump at it that Tolmie refers to are the French connection at Arsenal and the fact that our current transfer policy should be screaming at him that he's not rated by the new management.

My guess is Sterling. London boy, o would see it as a way of going 'home'. Definitely would split opinion.
Might need a change of scenery?
Personally I'd like to see him stay. Bellerin would be a good addition though!

It can only be sterling or hart then. Bony won't divide opinions most would drive him there themselves.

mods please feel free to move this to the twitter rumors...but since this discussion is ongoing here....will post..

after tolmie's post i checked on twitter and this is what i got

Arsenal are expected to launch a shocking €31 million bid for Manchester City player Eliaquim Mangala.

According to club insiders, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is 'hell-bent' on snatching the Man City centre-back away from the City of Manchester Stadium.

'Although Manchester City will probably reject Arsenal's advances, Mangala is expected to try and force the move.'

'He feels as though his time at Manchester City has come to an end.'
