I know for a fact that the box packing and despatch is outsourced (because it's done by a client of mine) so nothing to do with the ticket office other than provision of the list of card holders

Last year 2 came ok, two didn't and two of them didnt work for about 6/7 weeks after the season started. Had to keep using paper tickets

I'm 65 on August 13 (first game of the season) therefore I will be 65 for all this coming season games yet I have been charged full price for my season card as the qualifying date is August first!

and I am trying to relax in the sun and someone keeps sending me e mails aboutn OSC stuff.

We should have no problems in getting through the proposal that SC branch members should get extra free tickets for away matches. One extra ticket for each months of SC membership seems fair enough;-)

I've just received my freemans for Stoke Away. I'm glad the Club are really recognising the contribution of Supporters Clubs.

I was in a sports shop in Leeds on Sunday and a dad and his two lads were buying City tops. Happy that our fan base continues to grow.
