DeBruyne is a great player, one of the best. City were a better team for two years before he arrived. hje didn't make 'the' fucking difference at all because it's not possible. It's a team game & City will be fucking great in the next few years, irrespective of whether we sign John Stones.

You're now saying one player making the difference isn't possible.
That's fair enough. The author, while writing it, was privy to pretty much everything that went on behind the scenes. He couldn't stress enough Pep's attention to detail in everything and why it was a factor in the in his success.

Don't be personal,your showing a weakness there,but what you have to remember is that this is a forum,about opinions,and some may well differ from yours,but you don't seem to want to acknowledge that fact,you always want to be seen as what you say is always right,that's what reading books does for you I guess

Yes, but some opinions are based on facts. Facts that can be gleaned from reading books and thus knowing a little bit more about the work and attention to detail that goes on behind the scenes.
If you'd read the book then you'd know comments such as "we've probably seen more of Stones than Pep has" and "what with Pep's Sky subscription" etc would be laughed at by people that are aware of the work that goes into making a signing. And you would also be aware that whilst he's on the training pitch for 90 minutes a day, he works seven days a week and is in the training ground for more than 12 hours a day.

£50 mill is a lot of money but at the same time we are seeing a window in which Troy deaney is above £30 mill. The simple fact is we are buying young English potential and in reality Utd paid £30 million for Rio back in 2002 so 45-50 now I'm not to fussed about because my opinion is John Stones is perfect for Pep and Manchester city and will become one of the very best in world football.
