Aguero banned for three games (updated)

It's a charge. A hearing. We just have some kind of argument/mitigation to put forward. Technically he could be let off without City doing anything although I don't know if that has ever happened. If you understand then fine.
No he couldn't be let off without us contesting it,the FA charge you and if you accept the charge you are then given the suspension which they deem appropriate for the act you commited but if you contest the charge then it is taken to a so called independant panel who review it and then come to a conclusion of guilt or not .

Whether he wins or not,
I hope we hammer home the point that either the ref is lying or he isn't competent to do his job

think thats wrong, dont the FA look at it and hand it over to the so called independent bods then a vote of three takes place where it has to be 100%,if that happens then the FA dish out the punishment ''the stage we are at now'' then the club contest ?

I'd love to know the process the panel have to go through, lets face it whoever the 3 people are they will already know their verdict, unless they have been hiding on the moon since Sunday they will have seen the incident over and over.

That rule change is very specific about the criteria that it applies to, I'm not sure it fits this case.

That's not the process i have been informed happens but this is only from someone who does some casual admin for the Manchester FA so i can't say it's 100% correct.

well we have to have grounds to contest the charge, what are we going to say at the hearing 'can't sit there and say nothing' so yes we must have a card up our sleeve

We've paid for another dossier ala 2012?

If Aguero does get suspended, we must kick up a stink about the inconsistencies when UTD players are caught on camera, then get off scott free,Highlighting The Fellani elbow then spitting on Zaba, and the Rooney elbow in the head incidents. Point the finger back at the FA, the rampant corruption, the media and its witch hunts, which we now will expect for every incident than now happens after the Aguero "elbow" because, you know, consistency and fairness...

Just taking a look at rag cafe..... oh dear

Corrupt Bertie FA doing their best to help him put his argument forward.

Berties and their FA are shit scared of us, dreading playing us on the 10th and want Aguero to be a part of it. They won't let us win the league easy lads, you can me sure of that. It's going to stink, stink like stunk at the end of last season when Berties were given all decisions in their favour to help them qualify for 4th. Can't have baldy in the Europa, can we?

Their having mini meetings in Stockport reading through the rule books and finding out ways to change the rules so elbows can put in a solid appeal and avoid the ban.

Bertie cnuts.

Excellent, that's right you rag cunts we got the FA in our pockets we can buy anyone we want!

if you had a hearing, even if you were guilty, you'd still say something or have some kind of argument even if it's just aimed at damage limitation. Just because we're "contesting the charge" doesn't mean that we've got anything clever planned. You might as well put a case forward. Nothing to lose.
