Derby post match thread 10/09/2016

Sunday moring retrospective.

That was more satisfying than the 6-1. For 40 minutes I watched a City team play the sort of football I'd only ever seen the likes of Barca or Bayern play. I watched us totally outclass a supposed top team and hand them there arses on a plate. Frightening thing for the rest of the PL is that we are going to get better and play like that for 90 mins. Guardiola is going to change English football for the better.
Seriously? Not a chance. That 6-1 dug right into the soul of their fans, and the whole fabric of that shithouse of a club. We were imperious that day, and battered them. If anything, the scoreline flattered them. We owned them that day, and I personally think we dominated them more than we did yesterday.

They were well beaten yesterday with their very best players. City without Aguero can't be considered full strength and yet in every aspect of the game we were better. Not a single player lost their individual battle. Magnificent performance which has received despicable media coverage.

Great game from you guys, totally outclassed United and showed this year that your serious contenders for the title.

I still think the real test fornCity will be against cohesive attacking teams like Arsenal and Liverpool when they have a good day.

Can't we complain retrospectively about the cynical actions from the scum
That privilege is reserved for SSN and MOTD.

Seriously though, since bogbrush was booked for the elbow on Kolarov, the only thing that might result in a ban is Shrek stamping on Dinho and it's better for us if he doesn't get banned, he's shit.

Like Arsenal you say lol?

Thanks for that Gunnerjay.

"the worry is we have no players to come back and you can still add Aguero, Gundogan and Gabriel Jesus"

From a rag. We'd have scored another couple at least yesterday with Sergio on.

And Kompany. And Sané.

Great performance yesterday and it was never really in doubt. So many players Gave there all but kdb otamendi was out of this world. Shame we didn't score more goals.

One of the most pleasing derby wins , all the crap leading upto the match , it appeared we were just making up the numbers for the great MUFC football show , well it didnt work out like that , we outclassed them in the 1st half , and out fought them in the 2nd half , currently we are better then the Rags in every way , team , coach , owners , growing support and finances and champs league ranking , we will never be as big as the scum , that was never the intention , but we are a major force in european football now, and we are not going away.

I am surprised they were happy with that second half display. It was exactly what Moyes did in that famous game against Fulham. All they can do is send Fellaini up top and hope he heads one in someones path it is so fucking horrible. I did not see any football from the Rags yesterday. We could have had 3,4,5 and sometimes we din't give a fuck. I hate the football they served up in the last 20-30 with that Fellaini shit. It is not fucking different than LVG or Moyes. LVG was infact played better football against us than Maureen. LVG also din't have Ibra, Pogone, Kagawa II and Mangala II in his team.

Yer

When was the last time City beat Arsenal?

Easy tiger, easy.......
