Thought we played well no complaints from me , this season we have played some of the best football I 've ever witnessed , we'll be fine especially once Pep gets the players he wants

It will be hilarious if we win in Camp Nou after this game.
we are top of the league
but we have to take it that teams will come and park the bus and hit us on the break so the chances we get have to be taken and the only down side is the 2 pens but maybe it was not our day and still got something out of it

Benteke should have been stopped, we were short of cover.

First time it's happened this season.Yes but we've had a number of games like that where we've completely dominated the opposition only to concede first.
Crazy game. Two different takers, two penalties saved.
Very interesting formation, a bit risky but we were beautiful in possession. Thought it was Leroy's best game so far, great to have Nolito back and scoring in a minute, had to smile at the end seeing Kompany return and play up top!
Can't wait to see what we try next time.

We struggle to create chances and can not keep a clean sheet. Having said that playing like we did we should win a larger percentage of games. I feel we need to practice movement in the final third. We are way too static.
Few on this thread should be chucked in the odd-binI think there was a sale on at Oddbins.

Moving the ball quicker would help but I have seen an improvement in the pace of the passing since the first days of the season and it will get better. Kelecki was too static and I posted as such during the match thread. Do you still think Gundogan has been "really disappointing"?!. Pass it forward is what i mean. It has to happen quicker otherwise we face a brick wall. Static strikers don't help either.

Quite right. I do wonder if some of these posters ever been. I thoroughly enjoyed that game and anyone doubting how well we played should listen to the Koeman interview.The performance was excellent.

Talking about today but yes In general we've done well.
Except their keeper pulled of 3 top class saves and thats without the penalty saves.
We dominated and on another day would have won comfortably and this board would be creaming its pants.
Instead a few cant see the woods for the trees and prefer to come out with some right crap!

Even today we had 19 attempts, 8 on target - if that's struggling I must be missing something... With 11 men behind the ball that is an excellent return and on another day they get spanked!!
