The positive thread.

I really can't see anything to be negative about at all.

We are in great shape on and of the pitch, and are only going to get better.
That's it, say if we were dropping points because we weren't playing well I'd be worried. We're playing excellent football, creating loads of chances etc. When Aguero hits form we'll be unstoppable.

That's it for me too, last season the Middelsborough result would have depressed me, this season I just shrugged and carried on working.

The only surprise about this thread is that Marvin didn't start it ;)

I've been doing a City Positivity video for a while now about our beloved club and although no club is perfect and there's the odd thing we miss about the 'Old City' I for one am made up that Mansour chose us and not say Newcastle. Sometimes we can loose sight of the fact that when we were getting battered and relegated we'd have sold our granny (probably to Rooney) for the kind of investment that we have had and continue to get. Anyway..... here's my latest effort. Cheers Blues

I don't understand why everyone is so depressed. Judge the team by its performance and not the result. We played absolutely amazing today. If KDB had scored, we would have won 3 or 4-0. If we had taken all our chances, we would have scored 8 or 9. Next time luck will be on our side. Performance doesn't worry me, what worries me is that Aguero and Dinho will miss an Arsenal game. We were so unlucky today. Offensively we play the best football the premier league has ever seen. The problem is 90% of football fans know nothing about football and only sees the outcome.

Dominated the in form team for 60 minutes and could've been 3 or 4-0 entirely fairly. Compare that with how we handled good teams last season & the progress is clear.

Long season & we'll have the luck on our side at times

the positive thread :) the most funny thread in foot clubs forums

positive about what ! no being able to beat top 8 sides since last year

this year 2 draws at home to everton and saints
loss to chelsea and spuds

maybe another loss to arsenal and liverpool ( given the way the show up every time )

A reality check something should be done many players should be shipped ( most of them were here last year )

Guardiola should look at himself

no one say we should beat every team but what we are seeing here is not good enought at all given all the hype and resources.

5 top players are stilll needeed

Boooooooooo

It's a game of chance - we didn't take three excellent chances and were punished, however it will go down as a Conte masterclass (which is a bit silly really as he wasn't responsible for us missing easy chances)

Personally thought we were much better side but didn't convert our chances and an inferior team will always have their chances and with the quality players most sides have in the EPL we are always under pressure defensively. If we go a couple of goals ahead as we should have done today then it is a different game, but whilst the opposition are still in with a chance our frailties are exposed.
