Must have been dreaming last month at Burnley.
Of course you are correct, but that's what they said on the radio unless I misheard them
Must have been dreaming last month at Burnley.
Yeah, 1995 Coventry away I believe
Don't we all, seeing as we haven't won an away PL game from a losing position for 21 years

Everton were fucking garbage in the first half. How we went in 1-0 I don't know, although I've had several texts since which suggest ****enburg knows - the penalty shout looked soft live but apperently not. But yet again we had one shot against us and conceded one goal. Which to be fair not many would have saved. The rest though....West Ham were utter garbage mate.
We might not have lost 4-0 today if we had Hsrt in goal, but we would still have lost.
Exactly, Bravo looks to be just an average GK, and its time to give Caballero a chance. The first mistake Guardiola made was letting Hart go, it's plain to see, and he's stubbornly sticking to his mistake instead of doing what's best for the team. Guardiola needs more time to instill his philosophy but blimey, it looks like he needs to replace majority of the team to do that.I never said that's why we lost today. I said Bravo is a big reason why Pep's style won't work. If your style involves having a keeper who let's in around 70% of the shots that end up on target, it doesn't matter what style you have, you will concede as many as you score. There no confidence in him actually making a save and that breeds panic in the back line for me.
AgreeNearly as bad as our server. Not quite though.
Arsenal, Burnley and Barcelona this season, so he must mean half time.Christ. In thought we beat Watford from a losing position last season. Do you mean at half time?
Get a gripI couldn't give a fuck about losing - but how we do does .
This club hasn't any bollocks under these twats who run it and haven't done since Txiki and the fucking "crew" landed in town.
The Barca lite model is wank - no bollocks, fight or fuck all.
Pep can't handle it.
Fuck em off.
Nobody can say Hart would have saved any of the 4 shots on target because he's not in the goal for us anymore, the only thing for certain is he couldn't have done any bloody worse.I said people saying hart would have saved two of those shots were making shit up, this doesn't mean bravo is Gordon banks
That's from a losing position away at half-time.Must have been dreaming last month at Burnley.Don't we all, seeing as we haven't won an away PL game from a losing position for 21 years
i know he likes to come out of defence to make a challenge, and last season you could watch him do it and tally up how effective it was. I did it over a number of games and his success rate was about 90%. This season I know that 4 out of 5 will be unsuccesful. They are just so exposed, so lacking in solidity and structure and they get desperate. If that's his style in defence, it just comes down to decision making, and picking the right moment to come out and the right moment to stay, but if you don't have a solid base, you're decision making is going to be affected and you'll be more error prone.Otamendi is a totally reactionary defender and regardless of what system he is playing in he will be up and down with his performance level because of the decisions he makes.
This, for them to resort to hoofball just shows how desperate they are

Perfectly put.pal.a keepers there first and foremost to stop shots which Joe does as good as anybody.the annoying thing is that pep never even gave joe a chance to improve his feet.In Joe's last City game he made a point to Pep - sweeper keeper - 100 per cent pass accuracy. Joe is actually a decent outfield player at a certain level. Without doubt he could have adjusted his game to suit Pep. But a GK being good with his feet is a secondary benefit. De Gea, Courtois, Lloris all have inferior records to Joe over an extended period. At international level, he has around 6 clean sheets more than Neuer in around 6 fewer games. Compare England's defence to Germany's. Buffon and Messi rate Joe as being an extraordinary goalkeeper......

Doesn't that say a lot? I'll be honest, I was devastated Willy started at Wembley, when the teams were read out. Everyone around agreed it was a fuck up. Turned out OK but... I now want a keeper picked who a couple of years ago wasn't anywhere good enough for us ?I said willy should start but let's not forget the crap he has got in the past
