That's a pretty piss poor gesture. Either don't do anything or do replacements for a nominal fee/free. The club will still be making a tidy profit from that £25 and you have to hand back the original. So in effect West Ham are selling you a shirt for probably somewhere in the region of £80 once you've bought the original and paid for a subsidised replacement.
