    Don't skip your cardio. I try to get to the gym at least 5 times a week, hit the heavy bag ,skip, do some weights and try to run for 25 mins 2 to3 times a week and I'l be 60 in jan. That's if I make it to january.

    Real Madrid always have a fair few blue seats on show at most matches, and watching barca the other night the whole of the top tier was empty, the guy on sky said " full house here at the nou camp tonight" should of gone to specsavers.

    Was good at first but went a bit flat, every one seemed a bit nervy. New face sat in front of me kept turning round when I got a bit noisy, which I do, hope he's not there every week, he will after get used to it.

    The fancy bits are not that important tbf, just keep trying. Check out Ross Enamait- YouTube. that type of training could suit you if you are into MMA.

    Any of you guys who are out of shape know how to skip, on of the best exercise's you can do. All you need is a cheap plastic rope. You will burn more calories than running and it is good fun. Google how to jump rope, work up to 15 to 20 min every other day.

    Punch out drills, google it on you tube, 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for 3X 3min rounds. That'l make you fit.

    Had a good session today hour in the gym then 25 min run, well more of a jog really, needed my inhaler before I set off.
