For the millionth time, until they see the decision they do not know where the Commission is on even some fundamental matters. City are obviously confident, but then so are the PL. And there is nothing happening in the background except waiting for the decision. As the most senior legal person on the matter has confirmed in writing.

Although we keep hearing there is nothing out there, my risk meter keeps telling me if they have found us guilty in some aspects. There could be an obvious political issue at play with the UAE.

Although I'm still going with it's not been completed yet.
 
The very fact he's replying could be considered a good sign. If it had gone terribly, surely he wouldn't be engaging with anything to do with the case.

Is there any way in any circumstances would it could it become a non-disclosure agreement so we never ever know the outcome?
 
Pure speculation obviously, but I wonder whether Pep’s statement that he is going on holiday during the upcoming international break is a soft signal that the decision will drop then? The club will be keen to take him out of the media frenzy which will undoubtedly ensue.
