PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Any man, for any reason, who uses social media to engage clicks and interactions by using the death of his wife for subject matter, is quite simply a **** who, I suggest, never loved his wife. My reasons for thinking this are my own, but safe to say no real loving husband plasters social media with tales of “my wife died, please feel sorry for me”. Believe me, they don’t.
People who exhibit behaviour like he does thrive on attention and will use anything to get it.
People like him fear being ignored and being seen as irrelevant, and will throw many toys out of the pram if he suspects that that will happen to him.

Totally agree, can Ric or the Mods not put a filter on here that stops people posting his shite ?
Do posters not realise they are making him relevant? Every click re-tweet or post on here gets him attention (which he craves) and money.

Blues stop posting his shite
The other issue is that he does seem to be suffering from mental illness and encouraging interaction with him is not a great idea. He does have two children and it is bizarre that he seems to want to spend part of his Christmas taunting City fans online.

I know a lot of blues who have no idea who he is but personally I am quite interested in what he writes, in a “keep your enemies close” sort of way. He’s very poor journalistically as he clearly demonstrates a huge bias (like the Daily Mail on steroids) and is more akin to someone proclaiming the end of the world is nigh - he’s convinced and thinks he can convince others, but won’t. He’s beyond help, but the thought of a couple of hundred like-minded followers spending Christmas frothing (or worse) to his latest jibberish makes me feel warm inside.

My 0.00001p click is well worth it.

I feel sorry for him to be honest. He’s still a **** obviously but doesn’t stop me feeling sad for him. If you’re on here Nick then I wish you a peaceful Christmas. For the kids’ sake maybe give twitter a rest for a few days tho

If his kids are school age I’m surprised nobody has alerted social services to his outbursts. They are indicative of someone with mental health problems that needs support. This in itself is a safeguarding concern for his kids.
His latest outburst and in particular the detail he provides about his wife’s death is unusual behaviour and perhaps even a suicide risk.
I hope he gets the help he needs as this could all end very badly.
Definitely agree that he should give Twitter a miss, he won’t see it but it’s going to cause his mental health to spiral when he doesn’t get the result he expects.

It could just be a calculated but desperate ploy. It should hopefully be the last Christmas with these charges hanging over us and maybe he thinks he only has one more chance to generate a few new subscribers who have nothing better to do over the next day or two.

I do hope he finds something more healthy to do on Christmas Day than checking his X account, or whatever he’s trying to promote.

So City seem to have satisfied yet another player that 115 does not present a risk to their playing career.
surely you remember the Tragic Tophat et al, all telling us that we were buying up everyone in the last January sales, in anticipation of getting a lengthy transfer ban , as well as multiple relegations/expulsion, points penalties and a massive fine?
I mean they can't all be wrong, we clearly must be doing it again this year...

Merely exceeding the spending limit is not cheating, provided the accounts give a true and fair picture and the technicals e.g. what is counted as related are ok.
City, of course, have been accused of submitting false accounts, representing equity investment as sponsorship. I am certain we will be cleared of that, just as we were by CAS. We have not been found to have cheated previously, the first case was ended by a settlement with UEFA and no admission of wrong doing.
The first case was due to UEFA moving the goalposts (re. earlier contracts before FFP was introduced) after we'd submitted our books causing us to fail the FFP test. Sponsorship didn't come into at all, so that's just BS from Nicky boy.
