Are we dining at the top table or not?

On those CL nights when we get humbled by, for example, Munich at home last year, or Dortmund both legs before that, I always think that what we missed was a settled established squad. At the time I think we had more players considered to be "world class" than Dortmund, but their team...

Yaya Toure - commits future to City (page 855)

Re: Yaya Toure I've never been Yaya's biggest fan anyway. Watching a video of his best moments makes you think he's amazing, but for every one of those moments there's 120mins of arrogance and 10% effort. If you watch a match and just focus on him it's the most frustrating thing ever I think...

Worst mistake ever by a City player?

I always remember playing Bolton at home (can't remember which season, mid 2000's probably). We battered them for 90, hit the woodwork six times. They countered once and Dunnie punched to give away a penalty. Lost 1-0 Maybe not a massive impact mistake, but soul destroying at the time :(

    so this agenda thing.

I think it's just way more frustrating when it happens to our team. Probably is the same with any football fans. It does seem to happen more often with City and Chelsea though. City get preferential treatment too every now and then. Remember the audience at Sport Personality of the Year doing...

    Very good news about Nike

I totally agree about the white shorts but there must be some reason that they switch to all blue every now and then. Maybe just to keep things fresh. I went in to see the kit in the city store before, and I think the socks are pretty shocking Its pretty good that some of you think I work for...

    Very good news about Nike

Only registered here today because for some reason I have nothing to do at work. Don't work for City or Nike. Wish I did mate. Just wanted to register my honest thoughts and the reasons I like the kit deal. Apologies, next time I'll just say "I liked Kappa. Next kit deal should be with Le Coq...

    Zuculini Official

Anyone know what he's like as a player? All I can find on youtube is grainy videos of him putting away 5-yarders. I saw a report saying that he's a defensive midfielder. Surely he can't be one of Argentina's hottest prospects if we're only paying 1.5m

    Very good news about Nike

So what we want is better quality shirts, for a cheaper price, and Nike to pay us more for the pleasure? Whilst we're all acknowledging that City's shirt sales are much smaller than other top clubs I, for one, am delighted that the world's top sportswear brand has chosen to snub United and back...
