Not always. I know it has been said by some that a solicitor will suffice but I believe if they weren't needed then the players wouldn't have them. They should be employed by the player. The FA need to address this quickly.

Agents are probably necessary for the players. But the structure of it all is wrong. Why do clubs pay agents money. That just gives them the incentive to orchestrate moves etc for their own gain. Players should be responsible for all agents fees. No club should ever pay an agent.

Got to say that Jason Bent is quite funny because it has a relevance to today. But the chav thing is a few years old now so he's too late with it. And although some things can raise a giggle it's some awful comedy .
