I agree entirely. My original post on the matter was to someone critical of Ederson going to N York, good for the goose is good for the gander. Fans don't seem to understand the long term planning which has made us successful. They want their best 11 chosen 70 games a season, wouldn't work.

And isn't that why we have given Ederson time off, because we have a perfect replacement as you say yourself, yet Ederson is getting criticism for something the club will have put in place.

As City said when they sacked him "He failed to achieve the holistic approach the club wanted" He was divisive. The club has certainly gone to a different level now everyone is pulling in one direction. Tactically I always thought he was excellent
