How is the notion that we were created 'ridiculous'? Implausible? Absolutely But ridiculous? There are a billion things we still cannot explain even on our planet without thinking about the Universe...are you really willing to make that assumption so readily? I'm keeping an open mind

Is that more or less likely than something that we cannot explain creating the universe? Was this 'something' sentient or non-sentient? Is there a purpose to the Universe or does it exist for no reason at all? All questions that can't be answered...by the god squad or the naysayers

You're talking about conventional God again though...what i'm talking about is the creation of the Universe by an unknown entity...just as plausible as the current scientific theory that there was 'nothing' then 'something' without an explanation of what causes were involved

The reason I'm arguing the toss is to explain my move from full atheist to Agnostic...an Atheist 100% believes that a 'God' or versions of...does not exist. I'm merely pointing out that the reasoning is flawed and the thinking man's viewpoint has to be agnosticism
