I think the current top 4 look very good. Chelsea, Liverpool, and City are all setting the bar high. United should be performing better than they are based on the players they have. Rest of the league is meh, but decent standard.

Mkhitaryan is miles better than Willian. Mkhitaryan got 21 goals and 20 assists last season. Willian got 11 goals and 7 assists, but only 6 goals and 5 assists from open play.
