    Happy Birthday Yaya

What the hell I don't understand the hate being thrown at Yaya here... Okay the birthday cake situation was a silly thing that happened and Yaya just doesn't have the legs anymore to keep up the energy required to play box to box in the premier league and that's understandable, his physical...

    The Derby Post Match Thread

Confirmed what we already knew. This squad, bar a few players, is past it and the seasons over. The clear lack of motivation and passion in a derby game shows the ugly side of our squad, which is one that completely stops functioning or caring in times of difficulty and failure.

    Discussion: Manuel Pellegrini (2014/15)

exactly this. This stupid "holistic" approach was not what got us to Title contender status. It was signing proven, elite talent who would take us to the next level. Pellegrini is not to blame, rather Txiki and Soriano.

    United Thread 2014/15 (continued)

No I completely agree, while our squad is certainly more talented, the rags are playing as a much better team right now and as the saying goes the league table never lies. If the rags are so shit why, after around the 30 game mark, are they above us? After all of the football been played this...

    Discussion: Manuel Pellegrini (2014/15)

Thank you Pellegrini, unlike some I appreciate how he's helped us win two trophies, mainly winning us the Premier League back. Tactically though I agree he's been poor, but equally the team as a whole has underperformed and this is down to the players, not the managers. The squad we have is an...

    Discuss Pellegrini...

Hate to say this. We should have never sacked Mancini. This is premier league for christ sake. We don't need a babyface (well, looks like an old mug to me) humble manager who is gonna keep everyone at the club smiling. Get the fuck outta here... Why sack a proven manager who had brought City...

    Clattenberg Bottled It

I think that poor refereeing decisions are just now a part of football. Correct me if I'm wrong, but every game that City have not got 3 a win out of this season, part of the blame is always on the referee. Not saying whether it's right or wrong, just an observation and maybe proving that...

    Martin Demichelis (continued)

Wasn't it a few months ago Pellegrini was getting roasted for having a 'blind spot' for Demichelis. I think now we are starting to see what Pellegrini sees in him, which to be honest I was perplexed as to what Pellegrini actually saw in him. Hats off to to him he's done exceptionally well last...

Sick and tired of our 'fans'

Some of the abuse thrown at Vincent Kompany is rather disgusting tbh. I think he's been one of City's most important players in recent years, we couldn't be blessed with a better defender and some people forget it all after a bad game. Shocking stuff.

    Discuss Pellegrini...

Did he get the team selection wrong? Yes. Imo, it was a poor decision to try and field the same team and utilize the same tactics which beat a considerably inferior United team. In fact, the same side failed to beat Arsenal, a game which we now look back and think we should have got 3 points...

    We're still in it

Of course we're still in it. It will be a real tough one at Goodison, especially if they can keep that momentum going and keep their winning streak intact by the time we face them. While I am pretty confident that we will win our remaining games, unfortunately I can also see Liverpool winning...
