Negredo is a very individualistic player but has enough quality.

The year we bought Santa Cruz he had scored 6 goals for Blackburn (in 27 matches) - season before he had played well but why we paid what we did only Hughes will ever know. Benteke may end up in the same category but you take a risk with a foreign striker too as to whether they can adapt to the PL. The big plus with Benteke is his age - if he continues to develop we could end up with a valuable asset
