Agreed, not the signing we should be going for!

I've not really got an opinion either way about wether we 'should be going for him' but what I'd do know is his record is good, it seem a reasonable price and he has previous with working with one of our new signings.

When you look at other strikers and what they are going for I'm happy with Negredo. Cavani, Falcoa and Rooney will either cost a lot and/or be on huge wages. We already have a spine of Hart, Kompany, Yaya, Silva and Aguero, fantastic players. In my opinion we should be buying players to compliment those players and new system and that is what appears to be going on and not buying players we 'shouted for' or flavor of the month signings
