Good.

I'd rather buy players like this than some 60 mil inevitable flop.

You cant argue with the figures. We cant buy 11 superstars, but we can buy more like this and then buy a marquee name when the time is right, and right now it isnt. All of them are on good terms with their clubs, winning trophies and mid deals.

This isnt FIFA 14.

Face it people, we need to start boxing clever.

Boxing clever was buying van pursie last year and not spunking cash on javi and scott fucking sinclair.

We need efficient and clinical when it comes to a striker. It seems that Negredo is exactly that. It does not matter how big a name he is, he has a track record of scoring goals in a major league and perhaps can provide us with what we are missing at the moment.

People absolutely kidding themselves if they're in any way excited about this deal. Our strike force wasn't good enough at the start of last season. Since then we've sold 2 players who are vastly superior to Negredo. Thought we would of learnt our lesson last summer.

Why don't we just let the Boss have the tools he wants to do the job and then judge?

Il come back to you at the end of the season when we haven't won the league (assuming we go into the season with Aguero Dzeko and Negredo as our 3 forwards). Not one is near clinical in front of goal.

Most people said last summer RVP was overpriced etc etc and tried to play up our chances. Unless we sign a truly world class player this summer we won't win the league. Not slagging the Fernandinho and Navas signings, pleased with them. Negredo is a downgrade on Tevez though whichever way some on here want to try and dress it up.

Negredo not clinical? you have not a clue, how long have you been on the bandwagon?

SkyBet: BREAKING! Negredo is now 1/2 for a move to Manchester City following Spanish media speculation --> http://t.co/lhM5bHTGdQ #MCFC

Willing to give the guy a chance. Pellegrini knows him and for that reason I'm behind it.

Navas, Negredo and Fernandinho for £65m? Hardly cheap....

Time will tell. Ronaldo seems cheap to me now and Kaka very expensive and a waste of money.

There is something really interesting about the new signings(Fernandinho, Navas and maybe Negredo): their "relative" low wages.
A lot of people are obsessed about the transfer fees but we usually forget that 10 millions wages could duplicate or triplicate the transfeer fee money paid for a player.

I'd like to see us bring in Di Maria now.

Di Maria, Negredo and Navas in addition to Kun, Dzeko, Nasri and Silva. Yes please.

With Fernandinho shoring up the midfield, bring it on.

In all my years of supporting City I've never seen a reaction like this

Jaw dropping

I'm so fucking glad that I go to the game with level headed blues who like me..have seen the shite we have fielded over the years and can laugh about it

Some of you cnuts are an absolute disgrace

By their logic we should have paid £70m for Kompany.
