Maybe these were returns but the point remains that the Tommy Cook’s initiative wouldn’t have made much of a dent in ticket availability for a CL quarter final in Paris

Could you ask how many seats uefa get allocated as part of the rules ?

It seems to be expanding to more and more areas. I’m about half way up in 303 and been told by email today I have to relocate for Schalke.

We've got a meeting on Feb 1st to start talking about ticketing specifically, including the website. We've asked the club for a list of things that weren't working as planned and that they've sorted out on the new site. We want to know what's still not right and what we're just going to have to get used to because it's working the way it should.

That is correct. This season it has increased to 100% for the final...

We want to know what's still not right and what we're just going to have to get used to because it's working the way it should.

The friends and family thing is very clunky. Usually have to mess about adding and removing and re-adding the number of tickets you want to buy in order to eventually buy the correct number for the correct people (or sometimes it still won't work).

Also I can't make much sense at all of the breakdown of ticket points on the new site. Games are listed but with no indication of whether the points for that game have been added to your total yet (apparently they are added at some point after the game is played but there doesn't seem to be any specific rule about when)

We talked about it at the last meeting but as Eccles Blue said, I don't think we can take the credit. After all, this is quite useful and we only agree stuff that fucks fans over.

The obvious way would be to purchase and trace where they came from. I understand it is probably only a small amount that end up on there but I think it is something that we all agree is wrong, so should be pursued.

Possibly, but if we ask the question it puts pressure on them, if that is the case.

If they are complicit, then why? What have the club got to gain from doing it?
