“City Matters” fan committee

Whilst also trying to build up a ‘new’ fan base? Without a doubt.

Exactly. The money element is not the cost of a ticket but the fact that older supporters in the main don't spend money on other things. I'm a good example as I spend nothing on food and drink, in the store or even buying a programme and next season I'll be paying FOC rate. From a marketing perspective the club has far too many supporters like me and nowhere near enough corporate members, tourists and younger fans generally. These are the types of supporter that the club wants to attract and in my view the way they will do that is too discourage older, long term fans from sticking around past their usefulness date.

Arguably way so many FOCs seem to have bother with either showsec or City’s own militia.

We've got a meeting on Feb 1st to start talking about ticketing specifically, including the website. We've asked the club for a list of things that weren't working as planned and that they've sorted out on the new site. We want to know what's still not right and what we're just going to have to get used to because it's working the way it should.

It won’t let you add someone properly to your Friends and Family if they belong to another Friends and Family group. The guy on the ticket line didn’t know why or know of any workaround.

I’m not in the least bit surprised.

Just don’t see the need. Just normal men trying to earn a few extra quid and can’t see how it would even be possible to have a row with them?

Apparently I purchased your two tickets at Huddersfield as you were off skiiing. Cheers!
