“City Matters” fan committee

And build a huge music venue that, honest, won't ever have a concert on the same night as a home match, honest.
And the point made at this working group about the new arena is that, unlike us, people won't be regulars so may not know the best walking routes or public transport options. That's why you need to make it as simple as possible for them to get there.

The corporates don't arrive at the stadium by tram. That's why the club will be doing absolutely nothing about it. If they were, they would tell us. No reason not to. As usual from the club its radio silence.
I've got a mate who has tickets in a suite and he uses the tram from Altrincham for every match. He arrives 2 to 3 hours before kick off and leaves an hour after the game finishes so isn't affected by the problems that the rest of us face every week.

Yes sometimes people forget that the club use hospitality for the OS 'rewards' and they tend to travel by tram or bus so that they can have a drink. Plus people who are recovering or suffering from illness and someone has asked the club to help them. It isn't just rich folk who use hospitality, so I've been told. :-)

Didn't even notice that but WTF does it mean? Presumably it means messages are read out or played over the screens inside the stadium. Maybe someone with Twitter can tweet the club and ask when the next meeting is or alternatively email the reps and ask.
The bowl would refer to the inside of the stadium itself, but not the concourse areas, ie the seats from where you watch the match.

I do sometimes wonder if City get a bit of an easy ride when it comes to fan pressure on certain issues, when you compare it to the Tarquins, Dippers etc who mobilise themselves to very publicly breath down the necks of their scummy clubs if someone so much as sneezes.

Fan Behaviour Messages
Action Point
The Club presented its current fan behaviour messages which are published on website, socials and in-bowl. The Club noted City Matters feedback that the variance and frequency of these could be increased. It was agreed that this will remain a standing item for the Club and City Matters to discuss over the season.
City Matters asked for a breakdown of offences, investigations and the subsequent sanction or ban issued. The Club agreed to present figures to City Matters throughout the season. The Club also intends to communicate this to the wider fan base.

Given the issues after the recent cup games didn’t someone on here say the club didn’t want to mention anything about any arrests? If so isn’t that going against what they have said last October

I am more worried about this in-bowl thing. Wtf is that about? Calling @gordondaviesmoustache ....

Edit: Damn, beaten to it :(

We have played 18 competetive matches at the Etihad so far this season in the 4 competitions.

Just 6 of those matches have been on a Saturday at 3pm.

It is the fact that our fixtures are constantly being shifted that doesn't help with public transportation.

I have already knocked the Carabao and the Chumps on the head and the FA Cup will be getting it's marching orders next season.
