Still no up to speed with the team well he gave foden a rest playing him! Pep will get him up to speed next season.

It is plain to see that Jack hasn't found his place in the strategy of the team yet.
He plays too safe (maybe that's what Pep has asked for, for now. Who knows?) and cannot locate his optimum position.
We expected a lot of Jack, maybe too much.
So far, he gets a pass this season. We have seen many times how difficult the 1st year transition is for players coming into Peps team. But we really do need to soon see him grabbing the game by the scruff and dominating the opponent.

Just knew Jack would be at the top of the thread. Relax, he’ll be a great player for us but if we’re honest, taking into account settling in, the fee etc.,it’s been a slightly disappointing first season.
