Does anyone genuinely get excited to see Grealish's name on the team sheet? I feel disappointed when I see him starting.

Whoever sanctioned paying 100 million English pounds for him should be sectioned.

He just needs to see how Phil & Bernardo played when they came on. If Jack can not see what he needs to do then he will become a bit part player. I actually have faith he has the ability to really effect matches and that he has the talent to work on what needs to be done. I guess time will tell but I'm rooting for him to become a big part of the plan. At least he doesn't hide and wants the ball & is also not afraid of a tackle. Maybe the bad knock he took a few games ago has stopped him driving forward as much.
