Brilliant player on his day but he's been largely mediocre and ineffective when he's played this season. Needs to shine when given a chance and i hope he can.

I think Bernardo has about 5 years worth of reserves in the bank.

He has, but he looked well out of sorts last night.

I still think our best team has both Grealish and Bernado in it, but it’s tough to fit everyone in with Foden playing so brilliantly and Kev coming back.

If there's any truth in the rumours, clearly he's frustrated with himself more than anything. I would like to think he will get a short, sharp reminder that Pep doesn't fuck around and the only way you make it in his team is hardwork and trying to convince him. There is a whole file of evidence for both sides, Ake, Mahrez etc working hard and getting in the team and obviously the other side you have Sterling and Cancelo. If you fuck about you won't be staying, no matter who you are.

I cannot see how to get match fit by playing 13 min in a total of 4 games.

Both Bernado and Grealish got illness recently. Bernado got back into the team the next game to play back to fitness. Grealish was left out of the team since then.

Both Grealish and Doku got injury in the first half of the season. Grealish had to play with 2nd team in the cup games to get back into the team. Doku played with 1st team in league games straight back from injury.

It is just plain that Pep gave Grealish up already - for some reasons unknown to us. No need to pretend it is a competition otherwise Doku would not get a start after his showing at Spurs. Maybe Tikki prefers another way to spend 30k/week wage.

It depends upon what his "illness" was, maybe that's why he has not played since.

No chance he’s thrown a tantrum. Pep will be having a spell of figuring out how to play KDB and Foden together and probably just doesn’t envisage Grealish in that…yet.

Pep is his biggest fan, though, so nothing to be overly concerned about really. He’ll be vital to us for the rest of the season.
