He was brilliant today. Did everything in his usual methodical style but it was progressive and incisive stuff. Lacked the finish at times but he’s pivotal to us when he’s in this form.

Thread got pulled comparing Jack fee with keeping Palmer. Joke. Pep obviously doubted Palmer off the ball. Chelsea concede so many goals because their ‘stars’ dont put a shift in. Jack is unbelievable off the ball, demonstrated again today. Annoys me when people only appreciate a player coz they’re easy on the eye. What are they doing when not in possession? Jack works his fucking nuts off, you dont stay at City if you dont.

I remember when Pep first got here and we saw the retro documentary about his first training sessions.

He said if you want to play for me, you’ve got to run guys. This is the most important thing.

Sergio found that out and so did Cole.

Look at the control and I will say he looked more spritely today, but

Reminds me of how until recently Bernardo and others our fans KNEW were better than they'd oft be credited for (i.e. Gareth Barry)

Because they didn't score.

Bernardo stands out to some more perhaps for a variety of reasons and criticism towards Jack for others.

I've speculated for years that Bernardo's desire was related to this.

Bernardo could score more if he played for Barca as he wanted/wants(?).

Note why new players say they like it here even whilst slagging of the weather. It doesn't matter.

This is one of the best teams, run better than any club in the world under arguably the best manager of all time as well who stay motivated when it matters over the past decade in the history of the sport.

That is the sign of any top side or "dynasty" I can think of in any sport. Save the best for last.
