Reckon that burglary proper shit him up, you know. Did the same to Cancelo. It would affect anyone. Can tell Jack's a family man and a sentimental guy who'll just want to provide the best for his family and he'll be feeling he's let them down after the robbery. Add in all the injuries he's had this season and you can imagine he's been beating himself up privately.
Agreed. He's an emotional person and that comes with positives and negatives. I saw one quote where he said he'd been struggling with himself this season. It seems Pep and the club have looked after him and now he's in the right place physically and mentally.

A Dipper calling Jack a diver and they watch Mo Salad every week , they really have zero self awareness

It's just one aspect of gamesmanship, which is a natural part of professional football. Every team has players who dive.

Unsurprisingly the dippers think they are special.

Probably his biggest weakness incredibly is a lack of self belief in periods during the season and a reason why it took him so longer to believe he could be part of this side when he first joined.

Really think he's become my absolute favourite player of this current squad, you know. I don't think he'll go down in the Hall of Fame alongside the likes of Sergio, Yaya, David, Kompany, Zabba, Kevin, etc. because he's not a "big moments" kind of player. But he's already been part of the greatest City side of all time, playing incredible football and providing wonderful balance, and last season categorically would not have been a treble-winning year without him. Add to that his love for football, his love for City despite his childhood attachment to Villa, and his off-field persona and you've got a brilliant package.

For me, and I need to stress this is just me personally, in terms of what he's contributed on the pitch, he's inches below the likes of Fernandinho, Rodri, and Raheem, who are all-timers in my opinion. God knows where Rodri will be when he's done here - he'll be up alonside Yaya for me if he carries on like this for another couple of years. But Jack's already on par with (and perhaps above) the likes of Kolarov, Edin Dzeko, Carlos Tevez, Gabriel Jesus, Nasri, Leroy Sané, etc. for me. Players who contributed big time over the last 15 years without becoming Hall of Fame-style legends but will always get a big round of applause from me if/when they come back, either as a player or a guest.

I think, with other City fans on the whole, when Jack goes he'll be remembered alongside the likes of Barry, Joleon Lescott, De Jong, Gael Clichy, etc. The ones who weren't necessarily "big moments" players either but were hugely important to the fortunes of the club during their time at City and helped stitch high-quality sides together, collecting loads of trophies along the way. I do just love him tbh. I don't even think it's the case that he slowly understood what Pep was asking of him, I think he understood the assignment from the moment he arrived and has been part of a dominant era for that exact reason. Hope he stays until he retires.

Well done Jack. Good game.

IMO The only thing he really needs to improve is the off ball running when LM interchanges positions with him. Several cases in the past 3 games when KDB/Bernado/Josko roamed to outside on LW position holding the ball, Grealish either stood still or ran towards them in the left half space. One occasion last game he ran towards KDB and blocked the path. Think about what Gundo would do? Slowly running towards the near post like a ghost or move towards P point for shooting opportunity. If he can improve this tiny aspect we will be next level. But reckon he has not played with KDB or Bernado for too long. Needs more game time to build chemistry.
