For us. Saw enough from Doku yesterday that he’ll take a little time to adapt to Guardiola’s style of play, which in turn means that Grealish will play quite a lot out on the left to give balance and retention.Disagree, he had plenty of rest especially after the title was won, he is a better player with a run of games.
Whilst I agree his form is best when he's in the rhythm of playing regularly, if he has an injury that's niggling him he should definitely skip the international call-up and spend the time resting and then recovering under the guidance of our medical team.Disagree, he had plenty of rest especially after the title was won, he is a better player with a run of games.
He has a history of playing through injuries and making them worse (see his shin problem the season before he joined us). A couple of weeks of taking care of himself is going to do him more good than the England camp.
