His positioning was quite interesting.

He was Gundogans partner in midfield while Kevin was the 10 ahead when we defended.

But with the ball, Kevin drifted more to the right half space (Gvardiol in the left half space) and Grealish acted more like the 10 and moved wherever he needed to be (while tending to be on the left side of the pitch)

Jack has the ball control, grit, vision, and dog in him to play midfield.

He may have always been too slow to play winger for City but he can thrive at CM in this part of his career.

100% He just needs to be involved in the game , often a bystander wide left.

In the middle he will see far more of the ball and be far more part of the game, he just needs to keep fit and get a long run of games and then he could go on to make this his position long term.
