I liked watching him at Villa but he's wasted here on the wing. I get frustrated watching him do the same thing over and over.
He's just not a winger, I don't understand Peps overall philosophy here. Sad thing is, I can't see anything changing.
 
Hmmmmm frustrating and his been for most of his City career. Its hard to question pep but I don’t think he’s doing him any favours.
 
Personally don’t think Grealish is a touch line winger doesn’t play too his strengths. Imo he needs to be in more of a free central role but I’m not Pep.

He gives us the ball-retention , control-ball but we see more goal threat from Gvardiol than we do Grealish.
 
By far our biggest flop if he was not English and we were not all so patriotic and biased more would say it. He simply is not good enough for us and it’s not Pep’s fault (as some are making excuses claiming). He just does not fit our mantra. We should have kept Palmer and never even wasted the cash.

Pep is handcuffed by the expensive fee but it’s time to move on.

He has been given EVERY opportunity.

Yea I would love to go on a night out with him. And he is a great character but,

He has been absolutely TERRIBLE for us!!!
 
i mean, he can play a role and was pretty good two seasons ago but as a number one option he definitely lacks end product, nevermind what we payed for him. neverthless start him but play savinho on the right please and bernardo somwhere in the middle, both on the wings makes us way too tothless with kdb/foden being out of form

Even today... There were times where crosses were whipped from the right hand side over to the far left near the back post and Grealish was absolutely nowhere to be seen.

For all of Sterling's faults... He attacked the spaces in behind defenders where you are likely to score. Grealish never attacks those spaces. He's a winger playing as a midfield player. Always wants ball to feet, never wants to run onto balls or find the spaces in the penalty area to give him a chance of scoring.

Summer 2025 is a big one for us. We need reinforcements.

Simply garbage returns, his stock has dropped so far that we'd be lucky to get any money for him on transfer market, we're stuck with him for another couple of years unless he goes to Saudi
 
Sadly I think he needs to move on. I love him but we’re wasting him. He’s not a winger in my opinion, he needs to play in the middle or as others have said, in a free role and I can’t see that happening under Pep.

I don’t think he has bad games for us, he usually retains the ball very well and works hard. He’s a superb player but it’s not really working for him because I don’t think we’re utilising his ability.

When he does play on the wing though, I really, really wish he’d be more selfish.

I’d be very surprised if another premier league team wouldn’t be interested. They just wouldn’t play him wide. He showed his class in the 2 games centrally for England. Obviously though he has no chance of staying there for England once Foden, Bellingham and palmer are back in the squad

I'm sure he doesn't do that - despite your obvious sarcasm.

He has never been a goal scorer of note and I'm sure Pep knew that when signing him.

Posters give him stick on here regularly but if he was as bad as they suggest, he would not be in the team.

Simple as that - Pep doesn't gift places in the team to somebody in whom he sees no value.

Haters are going to have to suck it up.
 
Lets hope he will play in the middle again for England and score a hatrick

He needs it and deserves it
