I read it more as Pep being pissed off with England than with Jack?
Like sure, a bit of frustration with the player wanting to go. But mostly annoyed that he/our medical team didn't get the chance to tell England not to call him up?
well it wasnt a problem with stones?

Maybe, but I thought he looked particularly pissed off when he paused before saying Jack wants to go
