He was in and out of the side during the first half along with injuries. The whole team were just learning Pep's style, he still had 9 goals and 9 assists in all competitions. That's a decent season.
Given all you have mentioned above, I would say that was a brilliant season for a 20year old, learning Pep football on his first season and having those injuries.

It is indeed although Doku has stilled looked FAR more polished and less rough around the edges than Sane was IMO.
 
Palmer was levels above him today. His composure throughout was everything that Doku lacked.

Absolute bomb scare of a decision to sell him, even more so for the price we did.
 
Palmer was anonymous until he went central, then he came alive.

Not the best direct comparison to make.

Behave. He wasn't anonymous at any point. Constantly looked like one of the few players that could always make something happen that was on the pitch.
