Very sporadic influence, didn't impose himself on any game except Romania, and when he did get into threatening positions, he messed up the final ball as usual. Its equally Tedesco and players fault imo. Yes he picked bums like Lukaku and Carrasco but what was the alternative? CDK? That kid is soft. They all kind of act like stars even thouhg theyre not. Its not a team that plays with urgency. tbh Belgian football culture is not one of hard work. Tielemans, Lukaku, Carrasco, Trossard, Doku... these guys don't work very hard for their clubs either. Golden generation my ass. KDB didnt have it easy on these teams, he just had a different mentality.

I would say lacking in quality rather than low energy.
