Good decision making today. His crosses are improving too. Before he was simply hitting as hard as he could, but now some of his crosses have direction.

His pressing improved, his crosses are improvong. As a young player, showing constant improvement is the most important quality. If you combine that with his natural talent, the sky is the limit.

He's a menace period but even more so against knackered defenders.
 
Took me a while to be convinced but these last 3/4 weeks it's like he's suddenly clicked. Let's see how he does starting on Thursday.

Yeah he's definitely getting better in the last few games

His decision making definitely isn't there just yet though. there was a couple of times today where he made the wrong decision, there was one where he could have clearly cut it back for Phil and but smashed it straight at the full back.

Still, we shouldn't expect the finished article yet. Excited to see what he's capable of in a year or two.

think its his best position coming on when the opposition is starting to get tired, today and wednesday he has been quality, people must know what he does , but they cant stop him, get that final ball right and he will be a superstar for us, still needs to improve but one for the near future.
 
Next season he will be even more massive.

I posted in the Savio thread, both of these guys should be our starting wingers next season, direct dribblers.

Id like to see a Leverkusen 541 with them as wingbacks, get Grealish, Foden, Bobb etc in the false winger role Wirtz is flourishing in.
 
Opponents must rate him as every time he got the ball Chelsea committed 2 player's to stop him.
Future bright if he keeps developing.
