11th May Kick off 5.15 Confirmed

How so many people can be moaning about an extra two hours on this piss before the game amazes me.

Worry about getting home afterwards.

How about some sort of protest at the game? I've been to a few games out in Germany where the crowd have stayed silent until a certain minute to protest against the stricter standing regulations. All stay silent until 5:15 into the game? two fingers to the FA for the absolutely farcical organisation and disregard for fans?

There was a huge kerfuffle before the rag semi in 2011 with dire warnings of 50,000 fans stranded in London.

They always put extra trains on, they'd be daft not to

We only had 32,00 tickets

Singapore air traffic controllers were on strike that evening

This will be the norm now obviously can charge more for advertising, champs league final moved for same reasons though if your traveling to another country for a game the weekend is better but fa cup 3 o'clock kick of is gone

Enjoyable lie ins aside it's horrible to see tradition thrown out of the window for cold hard cash

Wouldn't be surprised to see Abide With Me replaced by one of those piss awful tunes that deafened everyone before the game

Gonna hold on till they announce later trains, if not we're thinking about staying over.
For the Olympics trains ran from London up to 01.00 next day why dont Virgin have this plan kept handy to bring out for late ko at Wembley I would include England games in this.
Wembley Central needs money spent on extending platforms so extra trains could start from there this should have been done while the stadium was rebuilt.

I'm kind of hoping theres a load of violence amongst the fans due to a whole day on the drink, that'll teach the FA to ignore the fans and arrange for a late kick off.

fucking arseholes

What are the chances of Virgin sticking on a slightly later train?

It took us 7 hours to get home on the coach on Sunday which was downright ridiculous - getting out of the coach park at Wembley was beyond a joke and we weren't even out of London until gone 8.30PM, so wondering whether to book the train and book the Mega Bus for an extra fiver as a contingency if it goes to extra time and pens. If it finishes in normal time then meeting that last train should be doable providing we're on our toes at the end of the game.

Thats what ive done, megabus just incase for £5

Great idea guys - thanks. I have a ticket for the 21.00 from Euston but have now booked Megabus (22.30) as insurance. £5
