It is indeed. You have to consider what a team like Milan can do with that sort of money. By giving them that amount of cash we are handing them a huge advantage in the current financial climate.
If we are serious about CL football in 2 years, we need to be thinking about the longer term effects of makng our planned future rivals so rich.
