TeeheeStones - Yes, can’t be dropped
Dias - Not, can be dropped. Laporte is better on that position

Same here. It would make us stronger and drop the underperforming attackers.Considering Laporte can shift to left back and Stones can shift to right back, i'm surprised we haven't tried to overloading by playing 3 at the back. For once, we actually have players to do it.
We have the pefect back three set up,add Walker to the equation. We then can utilise Cancelo and Mendy in their best roles, maybe even bring Angelino back.Considering Laporte can shift to left back and Stones can shift to right back, i'm surprised we haven't tried to overloading by playing 3 at the back. Strange part is Pep seems to prefer Cancelo/Mendy pairing for attacking and Walker/Cancelo pairing for defending.Considering Laporte can shift to left back and Stones can shift to right back, i'm surprised we haven't tried to overloading by playing 3 at the back. this is the healthy competition we need. Stones and Dias are the main pair right now and deservedly so based on performance. Laporte has to work his bollocks off and wait for his chance and when it comes he has to take it.Laporte is going to have to bring his absolute A game to shift this current reincarnation of Stones.I think you do him an injustice with your comment.
Yep. And neither Stones nor Dias can afford to let their levels drop for a second, with Laporte waiting in the wings.this is the healthy competition we need. Center backs are a partnership. Stones and Dias are in lock step. They have gelled brilliantly.Stones - Yes, can’t be dropped
Dias - Not, can be dropped. Laporte is better on that position
Yep, instead of rushing into it like we did with Lyon, why not actually train it and try and use it. Given we are struggling a lot up front, having the extra man would help.We have the pefect back three set up,add Walker to the equation. We then can utilise Cancelo and Mendy in their best roles, maybe even bring Angelino back.
He could have stopped lacazette scoring the headerClassy as always, couldn't have done much more than that to get back in the team.
Tbf that was mostly Dias, Dinho and Zinchenko getting their positional play wrong. He could have stopped lacazette scoring the header
Watch it back Lacezette was laporte's man he was on the wrong side of him standing behind him when he should of moved in front he had enough time to react to the cross being deliveredTbf that was mostly Dias, Dinho and Zinchenko getting their positional play wrong.
Yeah but the main fault was his team mates in front of him. Dias and Dinho covering the same zone and Zinchenko a bit suspect as well. If Laporte would've gone in front of Lacazette they could easily cross to the back post.Watch it back Lacezette was laporte's man he was on the wrong side of him standing behind him when he should of moved in front he had enough time to react to the cross being delivered
