I know Bernie is getting all the plaudits (rightly so) but this lad has been playing at a ridiculous level all season.

Watching him in the opening 45 mins tonight was like watching a mix of prime Yaya and Busquets.

I gave this lad a lot of stick. Delighted he has made a mug of me.

Very strange decision to drop Rodri towards the end of last season around the time of the PSG ties
Don’t look nearly the same team without him
 
Another masterclass by Rodri tonight. He was everywhere tonight and I don't think there is a better dm in the PL currently
 
Excellent and channeled his inner Fernandinho tonight. Pleasure to see him bringing the ball forward and even offering himself as a runner.

Shame we're not likely to see that very often in the future as nobody else plays man to man like Leeds which allowed him and anybody else for that matter to drift wherever the hell they wanted so long as they get the better of their opponent, I don't think Rodri saw his all game, got nowhere near him.

Dictated the midfield tonight. Outstanding - he seems to be getting better every match I watch him. Can see him being at this club for years.

Need a very good backup for him, Fernandinho at his age unfortunately will not be a very good backup especially against top sides in PL and UCL. If the worst happen and Rodri get injured we will get F*cked there's no joking about it.
