Rodri’s so consistently top class that the odd bad performance is neither here nor there to me. He’s clearly the best player in his position in the world. Is it me or did he look yards faster today ? Not just in a player having a good game and being full of confidence and having a spring in his step kind of way but actually running much faster, certainly with the ball, than I’d ever seen him do before.

He could be rested for any of Forest, Bournemouth and Bristol C.

Phillips is a good player who’s just not got going yet.
