The difference is that in Argentina thats very general. 90% of people say it.
"Gibraltar español" is a more minority thought, feeding on myths: England is a traitor nation faithful to "the jews", Spain is faithful to Catholicism.
England and "the jews" are guilty of the spanish black legend.
That black legend is hypocritical: the English killed Indians and the Spanish built universities for them.
