in what particular way did he help Guardiola in recent years? He has signed Phillips who cost the club crazy money and was not good enough. He has sold Alvarez without replacement. He has not organized Rodri’s back-up. Right now the squad has holes, mainly because of sporting director who is making manager’s job harder. People here are always happy, in a different team you would have hell of complains. When they needed to do something they have slept or call local jouros like Gaughan they are happy with the current squad. If the results will be bad, it’s up to the board, not the manager. They have chosen being net spent kings, not the manager who needs tools during long and difficult season and what kind of tools did they offer to him in the window? 34-year old veteran who leaves us after winning UCL and young boy from Brazil without experience. Great. It’s not final Peps season I expected.
 
Hope you’re back soon Rodders you’re the best player in the world mate on last two seasons performances. Didn’t deserve this. Really hope the injury doesn’t take something from your game as it has with so many others.

Unfortunately our broad could've signed a decent back-up to prevent this happened, obviously Rodri has been played too too too many games these years. Hope Rodri will have a speedy recovery.
